Do I need to book accommodation?

We invite you to stay with us at Cinnamon Bentota Beach on the nights of February 1st and 2nd. No need to book!

Will transportation be organized from Colombo airport?

We have arranged for transportation to & from Colombo airport. Our hospitality team will be in touch for travel details.

What time is check-in? If I arrive before check-in, can I still get my room?

Standard check-in time is usually 2pm. But, if you are arriving earlier, please inform our hospitality team and we can see if we can arrange the room earlier for you.

Is there breakfast at the hotel?

Cinnamon Bentota Beach serves a lovely breakfast daily from 7:30-10:30 am. This is included in your stay.

I'd like to get my hair done. Can this be organized?

For a blow dry, contact the helpdesk to book your appointment at Chelsea's Salon, located at the Departure Hall. Hours: Sun 4-7 pm, Mon 8-11 am & 3:30-7:30 pm.

I'm wearing a saree for the wedding ceremony. Will there be someone to help me with draping?

What are visa requirements for Sri Lanka?

Indian citizens are granted visa‑free entry for up to 30 days. Outside that pilot period, Indian travelers must apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA).

UK Citizens must apply for a Sri Lanka e‑Visa / ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) online ahead of their trip. Processing is usually quick, you may get approval within 24 hours. You can also obtain a visa on arrival, though this may involve higher fees or delays.

US Citizens are eligible to apply for an e‑Visa / ETA. The usual tourist ETA allows a 30-day stay.

Passport must also have at least 6 months validity beyond your arrival for all cases above.

What should I pack?

In February, temperatures will range from 23°C - 31°C. We've shared detailed dress codes on the Dress Codes tab. We recommend you pack light clothing and a swimsuit to enjoy the weather in between our events. Most of the events will be outdoors, so refrain from stilettos. Block heels and wedges are encouraged!
